The Request

Turn the unfinished basement space into a living space that can be enjoyed by the family and double as additional storage. We also were asked to create a new bathroom.

The Challenge

We needed to hide the structural metal posts and the utility pipes on the ceiling.

• Insulate the space
• Add Fireplace
• Create the open concept

The Result

The open family and gaming room with a wet bar and gym area. Gave this family a great space to work out, play, and relax together.
